Certified 200 hour Yoga TT and Primal Flow by Buti. Guiding people to be the best versions of themselves, connecting through mindfulness, movement, and breath.
I teach to help others find their own energy and space--a mindful presence--with the hope that they take something out of my classes and incorporate it into their daily lives!
